The Dialog Tree: a dating sim zine

Plenty of genres suffer under the weight of a bad reputation, and until recently, dating sims were all but crushed by that weight. The dating sim genre has now blossomed into a wide array of diverse titles and approaches to telling love stories. But if I say, "I love dating sims," more likely than not people laugh, or question why. I'm here now to declare with this zine (the first of several) that dating sims are good, actually.

This zine is 18 pages long not including the front and back cover. It includes an essay on assuming the Dad Spirit while playing Dream Daddy, and about a dozen reviews of varying length for indie dating sims which are all available on this very website.
